| 摘 要： | 用酶联免疫吸附试验检测了经滑石粉－硅藻土方法浓缩处理的环境污水中的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（ＨＢ）。检测污水标本共２２１份、ＨＢ的阳性检出率为１．３６％。其中医院污水１３８份、阳性３份；居民生活污水８３份均阴性。医院污水污染比城市居民生活污水污染程度高。

| Abstract: | HBsAigin221samplesfromthesewagesofhospitalsandresidentalareuinNingxia,beingconcentratedwiththemethodoftalcumpowder-kieselguhrwasdetectedbytheenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(IELISA).Totallositiveratewas1.36%* and11sompleswereambiguoustobepositive.HBsAigpollutioninsewagedrainedoutfromhospitalswasmorese-verethanthatfromresidentalareas.Accordingtotheresultsofthepresentsurvey.weputforwardsomepmposalsforhospi-talstostrengthenandimprovethccontrolsofsupervisionandsterilizationmeasuresofdischargedsewages. |
