海南青牛胆生物碱的研究

摘    要:目的:研究海南青牛胆(TinosporahainanesisH.S.LoetZ.X.Li)藤茎中的生物碱成分。方法:用溶剂提取及硅胶柱色谱分离纯化化学成分,通过MS,NMR,HMQC,HMBC及X-ray测定结构。结果:3种季铵生物碱以碘化物形式被分离并鉴定为:非洲防己碱(columbamine,I)、S-反式-N-甲基四氢非洲防己碱(S-trans-N-methyltetrahydrocolumbamine,II)及S-反式-轮环藤酚碱(S-trans-cyclanoline,III)。结论:III是新生物碱。

Abstract:Objective:To study the alkaloidal constituents of the vine stalk of Tinospora hainanesis. Methods:Using solvent extraction and silica gel column chromatography to separate and purify the chemicalconstituents. MS, NMR, HMQC, HMBC and X-ray were used to determine the structure of the isolatedconstituents. Results:Three quaternary alkaloids in the form of iodide were isolated and identified as:columbanine (I),S-trans-N-methyltetrahydrocolumbamine(II) and S-trans-cyclanoline ( III ). Conclusion:III is a new alkaloid.
