| 摘 要： | 文章报告22例患者行双侧髋关节人二关节置换术，共44个髋关节，其中人工全髋关节15例，30个髋关节；人工双极股骨头7例，14个髋关节．年龄33岁-64岁．病因：股骨头无菌性坏死18例；Legg－Perthes病1例；类风湿性关节强直3例．经随访优良11例；很好7例；好2例；尚可2例；差、很差0．作者认为对髋关节有屈曲畸形病人采用Smith-peterson切口，一般病例采用Moors切口为好．两侧手术最短间隔时间为1个月．双侧关节应用同型号人工关节．

| Abstract: | The article reports that the artificial bilateral hip replacement has been performed in 22cases (44 hips) since 1986. Fifteen of them were with total hip replacement (30 hips) and seven withhi-polar femoral head replacement (14 hips). The age of group ranges betWeen 33 and 64 years. Thecauses of diseases were diagnosed as aseptic necrosis of femoral head (18 cases), Lcgg-Perthes disease(1 case) and rheumatoid arthroclisis (3 cases). The result of follow-up was prospective f I I excellent, 7very good, 2 good and 2 fair. For the aPProach we prefer Smith-Peterson's with those who have theflexed deformity of hip joint and Moores'for those of general patientS. The shortest interval betweentwo replacements for both hips is one month. We recommend that it is better to use same types ofprostheses for both operations in a patient. |
