精浆抗精子抗体对男性不育者精液参数和精子顶体酶活性的影响

目的:探讨精浆抗精子抗体(AsAb)对男性不育者精液参数和精子顶体酶活性的影响。方法:用间接血凝法检测2367例男性不育患者精浆AsAb,比色法测定精子顶体酶活性。结果:2367例不育者精浆AsAb阳性率为8.9%,精液AsAb阳性组中精液量,精子密度,精子活率,a、b级活力精子率,畸形精子率与AsAb阴性组相比差异有显著性(P<0.001、P<0.05)。随精子密度、精子活率a、,b级活力精子率、精液量的减少,精液粘度的增高和精液液化时间的延长,精浆AsAb阳性率增高,差异有显著性(P<0.001、P<0.05),精浆AsAb阳性组与阴性组顶体酶活性,顶体酶活性正常组与异常组精浆AsAb阳性率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:精浆AsAb对男性不育者精液参数有影响,对精子顶体酶活性没有影响。

The influence of AsAb in seminal plasma on seminal parameters and acrosin activity of infertile men

Objective To study the influence of AsAb in seminal plasma on seminal parameters and acrosin activity of infertile men.Method Detecting AsAb in seminal plasma of 2 367 male infertile cases with indirect haemagglutination assay(IHA).Acrosin activity was evaluated by colorimetry.Results The positive rate of AsAb in seminal plasma is 8.9% in 2 367 cases.In the group of AsAb(+),volume of semen,density of sperms,motility rate of sperms,a,b grade sperms and teratosperm rate are significantly different than those of AsAb(-)group(P<0.001?P<0.05).With the decrease of density of sperms,motility rate of sperms,a,b grade sperms,the volume of semen,and the increase of consistency of semen,the liquefied time of semen,the positive rate of AsAb are significantly higher than control groups(P<0.001?P<0.05).In AsAb(+) group and AsAb(-) group,there is no significant difference in acrosin activity(P>0.05).In acrosin activity normal and abnormal group,the positive rates of AsAb also have no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The antibody against sperms appear in the seminal plasma can influence seminal parameters and can not influence acrosin activity of infertile men.
