1330名新兵心理状况和压力源研究

目的研究新兵的心理状况、压力源和心理倾诉的首选对象,为实施有效的心理干预提供依据。方法自编《部队官兵心理状况和压力源调查问卷》,对新兵进行调查。共调查新兵1330人,其中男1280人,女50人。同期调研男性士官655人,作为对照。结果 77.6%的男性新兵对自己的精神状态感到满意,显著高于女性新兵;54.7%的男性新兵和60.0%的女性新兵心理压力来源于对前途的担忧;72.4%的男性新兵和82.0%的女性新兵有心理压力或思想困惑时找朋友倾诉,仅有8.8%的男性新兵、8.0%的女性新兵及11.1%的男性士官选择心理医生作为倾诉对象。结论本组资料中新兵的心理状况良好,但新兵集训期间仍需加强心理健康教育,减轻心理负荷,其中女兵心理状况尤需特别关注。

Psychological Situation and Pressure Source of 1330 Recruits

Objective To study the psychological situation,pressure source and the primary optional confidants of the recruits,and supply referce for efficient psychological intervention.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 1330 recruits(1280 males and 50 females) and 655 male non-commissioned officers(control).Results In the male recruits 77.6% were satisfied with their mental status,which was significantly higher than that in the female recruits.The pressure source was the worry of the future for 54.7% male and 60.0% female recruits.72.4% male recruits and 82.0% female recruits found friends to pour out when they had mental pressure.72.4% male recruits and 82.0% female recruits talked to their friends when they had mental pressure.Only 8.8% male recruits,8.0% female recruits and 11.1% male non-commissioned officers chose psychological doctor as the confidant.Conclusion The psychological situation of the recruits in our research is fine.Psychological health education should be strengthened during training to reduce the psychological load of the recruits and female recruits’ mental health status should be concerned.
