噬菌体的定性及定量检测技术

As the phenomenon of bacterium drug resistance was more and more serious,phage therapy seemed to be more important,the detection methods for bacteriophage have also been updating continuously.The ways to detect the bacteriophage by electron microscope and green fluorescent protein and fluorescence quantitative PCR were widely used by many researchers.However there are more methods,and here is to make areview on the qualitative and quantitative detection methods of bacteriophage,with the hope of helping to the resesarchers′choices.
