| 摘 要： | 胆管狭窄是一种常见的胆管疾病,一经发现多数病例已失去手术机会。胆管支架的置入可有效地解除胆管梗阻,提高患者的生活质量,延长生存期。目前常用的胆管支架有塑料支架和可扩张式金属支架两大类,两类支架各有利弊。现就胆管支架治疗胆管梗阻性疾病的相关内容进行综述。

| Abstract: | Biliary duct stenosis is a common disease,once found,most cases have lost the chance of operation.Biliary stent placement can be effective in relieving biliary obstruction to improve the quality of life of patients and prolong the survival.Currently used biliary stents are plastic stents and expandable metal stents,each type with respective advantages and disadvantages.Here is to make a review on biliary stent treatment for biliary obstruction diseases and the related content. |
