| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨改良灌肠法在老年性便秘患者中的应用。方法:将60例老年性便秘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别采用改良灌肠法和常规灌肠法通便,观察2种方法排便效果及患者反应。结果:观察组30例患者中28例有效,总有效率93.3%,对照组30例患者中16例有效,总有效率53.3%。2组比较差异有显著性。结论:改良灌肠法治疗老年性便秘患者,排便效果好,患者依从性好,对患者心理伤害小。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the improvement application method in senile constipation patients enema.Methods:60 cases of senile constipation patients were randomly divided into the trial group(improved enema) and control group(conventional enema).Observe the two methods defecate effect and patient responses.Results: The observation group of 30 patients 28 cases of effective,the total effective rate 93.3%,the control group of 30 cases in 16 cases of patients with effective,the total effective rate of 53.3%.Two groups of comparisons are statistically significant differences.Conclusion:Improved enema method for senile patients with constipation,defecate effect,compliance is good,the patients psychological damage is small. |
