卵巢早衰是女性在初潮以后到40岁以前由于多因素参与导致卵巢功能衰退而引起的一系列症状的妇科常见疾病,严重威胁着女性身心健康。研究认为卵巢供血动脉的变化能较深入地反映卵巢功能的活动和病理现象。近年来,应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声技术,研究卵巢动脉血流特征(血流速度、血管阻力等),早期诊断卵巢早衰,为临床提供可靠的辅助检查依据,成为超声及妇科领域研究的热点之一。
