中西医结合治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化疗效观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效。方法:选择乙型肝炎肝硬化患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予α-2b干扰素及一般保肝治疗,观察组在对照组用药的基础上加用中药治疗,疗程6个月。观察分析两组临床治疗情况。结果:两组治疗后的肝功能、乙肝病毒标志物及肝纤维化指标均有改善(P<0.05),观察组部分指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化可改善肝功能抗肝纤维化具有调整机体免疫功能的作用,并促进HBV在肝脏内的有效清除。

Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis Curative Effect Observation

Objective:To explore the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis clinical curative effect.Methods:100 cases of patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group,the control group was given a-interferon 2b and liver protection therapy,observation group in medicine based on the use of Chinese medicine treatment,a course of 6 months.Observation and analysis of two groups of clinical treatment.Results:The two groups after the treatment,the liver function and hepatitis B virus markers and liver fibrosis indexes were improved(P<0.05),the observation group in some indicators was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis can improve liver function hepatic fibrosis with regulating immune function,and promote the effective removal of HBV in the liver.
