脊柱转移性肿瘤的手术治疗疗效

目的随着癌症患者生存期延长,肿瘤患者常发生脊柱骨转移。手术治疗可缓解疼痛,改善患者生活质量,预防脊髓再损伤和截瘫发生,抑制肿瘤的生长,已应用于临床肿瘤治疗。文中探讨脊椎转移肿瘤的手术适应证、手术方法。方法分析45例脊椎转移肿瘤患者的原发肿瘤、病程、手术方式、病情进展和结局。结果平均随访时间为16个月。37例患者得到随访,其中31例死亡,6例生存。生存时间超过1年者16例。结论只要严格掌握适应证,脊柱转移癌手术治疗可明显改善神经功能,提高患者生活质量。

Surgical treatment of metastatic spinal cancer

Objective With the prolonged survival of cancer patients,spinal metastasis occurs more frequently.Surgery has been applied to the clinical treatment of cancer to relieve pain,improve the quality of life,prevent further spinal cord damage and paraplegia,and suppress tumor growth in cancer patients with spinal metastasis.This study was to investigate the indications and methods of surgical treatment of metastatic tumors in the spine.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 45 cases of spinal metastatic tumor.The patients,24 males and 21 females,ranged in age from 25 to 79 years,averaging 54 years.Results Thirty-seven of the patients were followed up for 6-17 months,with a mean of 16 months,of whom 31 died and the other 6 survived.Obvious relief of pain was found in 86% of the cases.Conclusion With adequate consideration of indications,surgical treatment can evidently relieve neurological symptoms and improve the quality of life in cancer patients with spinal metastasis.
