Livin及其相关因子的最新研究进展

恶性肿瘤的发生不仅与癌基因的激活和抑癌基因的突变或缺失有关,还与肿瘤凋亡的抑制有关。Livin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族中的最新成员,特异性地在多种肿瘤组织中高表达,已经成为肿瘤研究的热点及肿瘤治疗的新靶点。其具体作用机制及与其他肿瘤相关基因的关系尚不明确。现就近年来有关Livin分子生物学特性,抗肿瘤细胞凋亡机制及与其他相关基因的关系等研究现状进行综述。

Recent Research Progress in Livin and Relevant Factors

The genesis of malignant tumors relates not only to the activation of oncogene and the mutation or deletion of anti-oncogene,but also to the inhibition of tumor cell apoptosis.As the newest member of inhibitor of apoptosis protein family,livin has high expression in most tumorous tissues and it has become a hot subject in cancer research as well as a new target for cancer therapy.However the specific mechanism,and the relationship with other relevant genes is still not clear.Here is to make a review on the progress in the molecular biological characteristics of livin,the mechanism of anti-tumor cell apoptosis and the relationship between livin and other relevant genes.
