艾滋病患者腹部超声检查的研究进展

艾滋病即获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS),是因感染了人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)而导致免疫系统缺陷,从而造成人体各大系统功能丧失、引发各种机会性感染和肿瘤的致死性传染病。这些感染病灶和肿瘤发生在腹部各脏器中临床上是难以发现的,超声检查可发现这些隐匿的病变,并且可为临床对AIDS的诊断、治疗和预后评估提供重要依据。目前关于AIDS腹部超声检查研究报道很多,各种观点呈现不一,现就AIDS患者腹部肝脏、胆囊、胰腺、脾脏、双肾、腹腔、腹部淋巴结等重要脏器超声检查的研究予以综述。

Progress on Abdominal Ultrasound Examination in Patients with Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome

Acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS),a fatal disease,was caused by human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),often simultaneous with loss of function of human body′s major systems,which would lead to a variety of opportunistic infections and tumors.It is difficult for clinical diagnosis to discover the focus of infection and tumors in every visceral organs of abdomen.Ultrasound examination can discover the harboring lesion of the abdomen,which can provide important basis for the diagnosis,treatment and prognostic assessment of AIDS.Presently,there are a lot of researches on abdominal ultrasound examination in AIDS patients,but not identical in views.Here is mainly to make an overview of the function of ultrasound examination in liver,gallbladder,pancreas,spleen,kidneys,abdominal cavity,abdominal lymph nodes and other important organs of abdomen.
