生长抑素受体在胆囊癌组织中的表达

目的生长抑素是一种生长激素释放抑制激素,通过结合细胞表面的生长抑素受体而起作用。探讨生长抑素受体(somatostatin receptor,SSTR)亚型蛋白在胆囊癌组织及正常胆囊组织中的表达及其相关性。方法对病理确诊的29例胆囊癌组织及25例正常胆囊组织标本采用免疫组化法检测SSTR亚型的表达。结果在胆囊癌组织及正常胆囊黏膜组织中5种SSTR亚型均有表达,其中SSTR3在两组SSTR中的表达均为最高,SSTR2的表达均最低;在正常胆囊组织中的SSTR1的表达高于SSTR5,而在胆囊癌组织中的表达与此相反。胆囊癌中SSTR5的表达明显高于正常胆囊黏膜(P<0.05)。结论在以上2种组织中,SSTR5表达在胆囊癌组织比在正常胆囊组织黏膜明显增加(P<0.05),提示SSTR5亚型表达可能在胆囊癌发展过程中发挥重要作用。

Expressions of somatostatin receptors in cancerous and normal gallbladder tissues

Objective Somatostatin is a growth hormone release inhibiting hormone,which functions through a combination of cell surface receptors.This article is to study the expressions of somatostatin receptors(SSTR) in cancerous and normal gallbladder tissues and their correlation.Methods Using immunohistochemical staining,we examined the expressions of SSTR1 to SSTR5 in the tissue specimens of 29 cases of gallbladder cancer and 25 normal controls.Results Expressions of the 5 subtypes of SSTR were found in both the cancerous and normal gallbladder mucosal tissues,SSTR3 the highest and SSTR2 the lowest,SSTR1 higher than SSTR5 in the normal tissue,and vice versa in the cancerous tissue.The expression of SSTR5 was significantly higher in the cancerous than in the normal tissue(P<0.05).Conclusion SSTR5 is significantly more highly expressed in the cancerous than in the normal gallbladder tissue,which suggests that the expression of SSTR5 may play an important role in the development of gallbladder cancer.
