摘    要:高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)是存在于真核细胞的一种非组蛋白核蛋白,在胞外HMGB1可作为警报素在固有与适应性免疫反应中起"预警作用"。系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是影响多个器官功能的典型的自身免疫病,SLE患者的血清HMGB1水平提高,并且狼疮患者的皮损组织中也检测到HMGB1的表达增加。现就HMGB1的基本特征、胞外的生物学活性及在SLE免疫病理机制中的作用予以综述。

Abstract:High mobility group box 1(HMGB1)is a non-histone nuclear protein,in the eukaryotic cells,which has been identified as an extracellular alarm in both innate and adaptive immunity.Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a typical autoimmune disease affecting many organs.Elevated levels of HMGB1 have been detected in the serum of SLE patients and increased expression of HMGB1 was demonstrated in skin lesions of lupus patients.Here is to make a review on the general characteristics and exocellular bioactivities of HMGB1 and its role in SLE immune pathogenesis.
