银杏叶及其化学成分对CYP3A4和CYP2C9影响的研究进展

摘    要:银杏叶是临床上使用广泛的中草药之一,主要化学成分包括黄酮类和萜类内酯两大类。近年来,国内外大量的研究表明银杏叶及其化学成分能够影响细胞色素P450酶的表达,并通过细胞色素P450酶影响其他药物的代谢。现从银杏叶及其化学成分对CYP3A4和CYP2C9的影响,及其通过CYP3A4、CYP2C9影响其他药物代谢等方面进行综述。

Abstract:Gingko biloba(GB)has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years which contains ginkgo flavonol glycosides and terpenoids.Currently,a lot of researches showed that GB and its extracts(GBE)could influence the expression of CYP450,or effect on the other drugs by CYP3A4 and CYP2C9.Here is to make a review on the influences on the expression of CYP3A4 and CYP2C9 by GB and GBE,and whose effects on the metabolism of the other drugs by CYP3A4 and CYP2C9.
