| 摘 要： | 分析政府、医药企业和利益相关群体3方的信息交流模式,认为政府与医药企业间的信息不对称会降低政府对医药企业社会责任规制的有效性。应该建立医药企业社会责任规制的委托——代理模型,在此基础上分析规制行为中3方的信息不对称和激励问题,为规制行为受益方争取最大的社会福利。

| Abstract: | By comparative study on the information communication model among regulation three parties,i.e.government,pharmaceutical enterprise and the stakeholder groups,the paper considers the asymmetric information problem between the government and pharmaceutical enterprise can reduce the effectiveness of government’s regulation.So it builds a regulation model of the social responsibility of pharmaceutical enterprise,to analyze the problem like information asymmetry and incentive among the three parties in order to maximize social welfare for benefited party of regulation behavior. |
