摘    要:目的经外周中心静脉置管(peripherally-inserted central catheters,PICC)是一种齐全有效的输液方法,其安全留置和成功穿刺同样重要。文中旨在探讨PICC导管维护的方法,提高维护质量。方法对225例PICC置管患者采用四步法导管维护评估流程、五步骤导管维护的处理流程及个性化健康教育和心理干预。结果 225例患者中除1例因皮肤过敏拔管、3例因中途放弃治疗拔管外,其他未出现因维护不当引起导管移位、导管断裂、穿刺点感染等并发症。结论维护流程口令化可增强导管维护操作性,利于标准流程的临床推广和运用。

Abstract:Objective Infusion with a peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) is safe and effective,and successful inserting and maintaining of PICC are very important.This study aimed to explore the procedures and increase the quality of PICC manipulation.Methods We applied four-step evaluation and five-step manipulation procedures,individualized health education and psychological intervention to PICC catheterization in 225 patients.Results The PICC was withdrawn in 1 patient for cutaneous infection and another 3 for cessation of therapy.No other complications,such as catheter displacement,catheter rupture,and puncturing site infection,were found in the rest of the cases.Conclusion Our procedures of PICC catheterization enhanced the operability of catheter manipulation,and conduce to the clinical practice and popularization of the standard process.
