临床路径在单病种付费方式中的应用研究

临床路径是一种新型的医院管理模式,能够规范医疗行为,降低医疗费用,提高医疗服务质量。单病种付费方式作为对我国现行的按服务项目付费方式改革的一种有益探索,其在医疗费用控制方面具有积极的意义。通过分析临床路径与单病种付费之间的内在关系,使二者相互促进,形成一个良性的循环,降低医疗费用水平,提高医疗服务质量和卫生资源的使用效率。

Application Research of the Cclinical Pathway in Single Disease Payment

The clinical payment is a new mode of hospital management which can regulate the medical behavior,reduce the medical expenses,and improve the quality of medical service.As a valuable exploration in reform of pay-for-service,single disease is of positive significance in controlling of health care costs.By analyzing the interior relationship between clinical pathway and single disease payment,this paper tried to find a way of mutual promotion to form a virtuous cycle,so as to lower the healthcare cost level,and to enhance healthcare quality and efficiency of health resources.
