基层社区全科医生注册情况及其影响因素分析

目的:了解基层社区全科医生注册情况,分析影响社区医生全科注册的影响因素,促进社区医生全科注册。方法:通过对3省15个社区医生的现场调查收集全科注册的相关信息,综合运用卡方检验和非条件Logistical回归,分析全科注册的影响因素。结果:基层社区医生取得全科资质的比例较高,但具有全科资质的社区医生实际注册全科的比例较低。随着基层医生的年龄越大,完成全科注册的概率越高。结论:全科注册比例低加剧当前全科医生紧缺,全科注册比例低受多种因素影响,除了政策因素,年龄是影响社区医生自身全科注册意愿的重要因素。建议进一步完善注册政策,提高全科医生待遇、社会地位,提高全科医师注册比例。

Registration of general practitioners of the grass-roots community and analysis the influencing factors

Objective: To know about the registration situation of the general practitioner of the grass-roots community,analyze the impact factors of general registration of community physicians,and to promote the registration of community physicians.Methods: Collected the general registration information through field survey in 15 community hospitals of 3 provinces.Chi-square test and unconditional logistic regression are done to analyze the impact factors of the general registration.Results: Proportion of the general qualification in community doctors is higher,but has a lower proportion of registered community physicians.The older primary care doctors are,the higher the probability of the general registration is.Conclusion: Low registration proportion of the general practitioners aggravates the current shortage of the group.In addition to the policy factors,the phenomenon is affected by many factors;age is an important factor affecting the community physicians’ general registration willingness.Suggestions are to improve the registration policy,improve the treatment of general practitioners and social status,to increase registered proportion of general practitioners.
