流程管理模式在护理管理中的应用及探讨

目的 随着社会的不断进步,人们对护理质量要求越来越高,传统的经验护理管理模式已不能适应病人的要求,医院必须引入现代管理的新理念,切实加强护理业务技术管理.文中探讨流程管理模式在护理管理中的应用,以及对提高护理质量的作用.方法 选择2011年1-6月与2011年7-12月本院八大病区住院病人,进行实施流程管理前后的满意度调查分析,实施流程管理前为对照组,实施流程管理之后为观察组.结果 病人满意度调查共有12项,2组间满意度比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).流程管理模式实施后,各病区住院病人的满意度均比实施前高.结论 全面实施流程管理模式可以提高护理质量,减少护理缺陷,是护理管理的有效方法.

Application of process management mode for nursing

Objective With the development the society,demands for nursing quality are increasing.The traditional adminstrative mode based on the nursing experience doesn′t meet the requirements of patients.Therefore,modern management must be brought in to improve the quality of nursing management.The aim of this study is to investigate the application of process management for nursing and its effect on quality improvement.Methods A survey of satisfaction degree was conducted in 2011 on the patients from 8 main nursing areas in our hospital from January to June and from July to December as before and after the performance of process management.Results Twelve items were included in the survey.There were significant differences in satisfaction degrees between the two time phases(P<0.05).After the process management been conducted,the satisfaction degree in every area increased.Conclusion The nursing quality can be improved by conducting the process management,which reduces the defects in the process of nursing care.
