前列腺炎动物模型研究进展

摘    要:流行病学提示,近50%的男性一生中可能患有前列腺炎,其发病机制不明,但临床治疗一般以抗生素为主,辅以扩血管、镇痛、热疗、中药内服或坐浴等对症支持。为了探讨前列腺炎的病因和筛选药物,国内外学者对动物进行了广泛的模型研究:细菌、化学物质、自身或外来免疫原皆可导致急性或慢性前列腺炎。现对其动物模型的制作方法及病理表现予以综述。

Abstract:Epidemiology shows that prostatitis may occur in every man in their lifetime with a probability of nearly 50%.The general clinical treatment is antibiotics,supplemented with vasodilator,analgesics,thermotherapy,Chinese herbs for oral use or for demibain in spite of its pathogenesis is unknown.Domestic and foreign scholars study on animal model ranged from bacteria,chemicals to their own or foreign immunizing antigen diffusely which may lead to acute or chronic prostatitis in order to investigate the cause of prostatitis and choose drugs.Here is to make a review on the process of models fabrication and the pathological features.
