| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨低剂量螺旋CT筛查早期肺癌的可行性,以提高其临床应用价值。方法:对316例全胸片检查未见明显异常的肺癌高危人群进行低剂量螺旋CT检查的前瞻性研究。结果:低剂量螺旋CT共检出结节性病变48例,有7例被诊断为周围型肺癌,其中6例为早期肺癌(ⅠA期)。结论:低剂量螺旋CT可提高对早期肺癌的检出率,能取代胸片筛查早期肺癌。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study with low dose spiral CT screening for lung cancer is feasible,to improve its clinical application value.Methods:316 cases of the X-ray examination showed no significant abnormality of lung cancer in high-risk population of low dose spiral CT screening prospective study.Results:The low dose spiral CT were detected by nodular lesions in 48 cases,7 cases were diagnosed as peripheral lung cancer,including 6 cases of early lung cancer(type A).Conclusion:Low dose spiral CT can improve the early lung cancer detection rate,can replace the chest radiography in screening for early lung cancer. |
