| 摘 要： | Toll样受体(TLR)是新近发现的一类具有高度保守性的蛋白家族受体,它能识别各种病原体及内生配体,并对其作出应答,从而引起一系列炎性反应并开始固有免疫及适应性免疫反应。至今在人类角膜细胞中已发现10种功能性TLR,分别识别细菌、病毒、真菌等致病微生物的病原相关分子结构,并经过下游信号转导通路启动先天免疫。单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型感染中Toll样受体的发现为深入研究其发病机制及临床治疗开辟了更为广阔的前景。

| Abstract: | The toll-like receptor(TLR)is a highly-conservative protein family receptor,which can recognize and respond to various microbes and endogenous ligands,then induction inflammatory reaction and start natural immune response and adaptive immune response.So far,ten functional TLRs have been found in human cornea cell which can respectively recognize pathogen related molecular structure of bacterium,virus and fungus and start congenital immunity by downstream signal conduct access.The discovery of TLR opens vast vistas for the intensive study into pathogenesis and clinical care of herpes simplex virus typeⅠinfection. |
