宫颈癌基因治疗的研究进展

长期以来,宫颈癌的治疗都采用手术、放疗和化疗等综合措施,但是上述治疗手段创伤较大,不良反应也比较重,甚至可能剥夺年轻患者的生育功能。多年来,各国的专家学者们一直努力寻求新的微创、不良反应小、可以根治肿瘤的方法。近年来,随着分子生物学和基因组学的发展,宫颈癌的基因治疗已在多方面取得了突破性进展。现就近年来宫颈癌基因治疗的研究进展进行综述。

The cervical cancer has been treated with operation,radiotherapy and the chemotherapy for long,but the treatment scar is bigger,side effects are relatively severe,or it even deprives of young patients with their fecundity.Over the years,many experts have been seeking a radical method which is minimally invasive and has less side reaction.In recent years,with the development of molecular biology and genomics,cervical cancer gene therapy has made breakthrough progress in many ways.Here is to make a review on the cervical cancer gene therapy progress in recent years.
