狼疮性肾炎与干眼症的相关性分析

目的干眼症是常见的眼表疾患,狼疮性肾炎(lupus nephritis,LN)引起眼表的改变越来越被重视。文中分析LN与干眼症患病率的关系。方法对144例(288只眼)LN患者进行干眼症状问询及泪液分泌试验(Schirmer Ⅰ test,SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(break-up time,BUT)及角膜荧光素染色(fluorescein staining,FL)等相关检查。结果 LN组干眼症主观症状发生率显著高于正常对照组(68.06%,χ2=77.873,P<0.01),泪液分泌低于正常人群(13.22±9.89)mm,t=-3.421,P=0.001)],BUT短于对照组(6.82±3.64)s,t=-20.157,P<0.01],FL阳性率明显高于对照(70.83%,χ2=142.918,P<0.01)。2组干眼症发病率有显著性差异,LN患者干眼症的发病率增高(75%,χ2=72.557,P<0.01)。结论 LN患者是干眼症易患人群,对LN患者常规进行SIt,BUT及FL的检查是必要的。

Lupus nephritis and dry eye:Correlation analysis

Objective Dry eye is a frequent disease of the ocular surface.Lupus nephritis(LN) may induce changes in the ocular surface,which has aroused increasing attention in ophthalmology.This study is to analyze the correlation between LN and the incidence of dry eye.Methods We included in this study 144 patients(288 eyes) with LN and the same number of normal subjects as controls.We inquired about their subjective symptoms dry eye,conducted Schirmer tests(SIt),recorded the tear film break-up time(BUT),and performed corneal fluorescein(FL) staining.Results Compared with the normal controls,the LN group showed a higher prevalence of dry eye symptoms(68.06%,χ2=77.873,P<0.01),less lacrimal secretion(13.22±9.89 mm,t=-3.421,P=0.01),shorter BUT(6.82±3.64 s,t=-20.157,P<0.01) and a higher positive rate of FL staining(70.83%,χ2=142.918,P<0.01).The incidence rate of dry eye was significantly higher in the LN than in the control group(75% vs 22.22%,χ2=72.557,P<0.01).Conclusion LN patients are a susceptible cohort of dry eye and receive such routine examinations as SIt,BUT and FL.
