生长抑素和生长激素联合应用对重症胰腺炎食管炎症和动力学的影响

目的:研究重症胰腺炎患者食管内镜下和动力学表现及生长抑素和生长激素联合应用对其的影响.方法:对44例重症胰腺炎患者随机分为单用生长抑素组(20例)、生长抑素和生长激素联合应用组(24例),以内镜检查和液体灌注式食管测压法评价食管炎症和动力学变化.结果:重症胰腺炎患者并发食管糜烂和动力学异常.与生长抑素单用比较,联合应用使食管糜烂愈合、食管远端蠕动波幅和蠕动速度改善更明显(P＜0.05).结论:生长抑素和生长激素联合应用使重症胰腺炎患者食管炎症和动力学改善.

Effects of treatment of somatostatin combined with growth hormone on esoghageal manometry and esoghagitis in severe acute pancreatitis

Objective: To explore the effects of treatment of somatostatin combined with growth hormone on esoghageal manometry and esoghagitis in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods: 44 SAP patients were randomized into somatostatin group(S) (n=20) and somatostatin combined with growth hormone (S G) (n=24).The effects of the treatment were evaluated by endoscopy and esoghageal manometry. Results: SAP patients complicated with esophageal erosion and clynamic abnormality. S G treatment significantly alleviated esoghagitis and increased the peristaltic amplitude and peristaltic velocity (p<0.05) in esoghageal manometry. Conclusion:S G treatment can improve esoghageal motility abnormalities and esoghagitis in SAP patients.Compared with sole using of somatostatin, combined treatment coald promote the healing of esophageal erosion, and improve, the peristatic amplitude and the peristatic velocity at the distal end of the esophagus to be more obriously.
