某部干部住院疾病构成分析

目的了解某部各级干部住院疾病构成,并分析其规律,为合理配置卫生资源,制定科学的防病措施提供依据。方法对住院干部按军以上、师职、团以下分别统计住院疾病的构成比、顺位、住院费。结果军、师级干部住院疾病谱比较接近,心脏病、支气管炎、高血压病、脑血管病、糖尿病居前五位;团以下干部疾病谱与军、师级干部明显不同,居前五位的依次是上呼吸道感染、椎间盘疾患、肠炎、心脏病、胆石症和胆囊炎。职级越高,年龄越大,严重疾病的序位越靠前,费用也就越大。结论某部各级干部住院疾病构成各有其特点,应针对不同人群制定防病措施和健康干预措施。

Survey on the Spectrum of Disease of in Patients in A Military Hospital

Objective To analyze the disease spectrum of various level military officers so as to provide proof for the health care of military cadres.Methods The army corps,division and regiment level cadres were selected and statistical analyze the spectrum of disease and order and expend.Results The first 5 diseases in above division level officers were cardiopathy,bronchitis,hypertension,cerebrovascular,diabetes.The disease spectrum of under regiment level has significant difference within above division level,its first 5 diseases were respiratory infection,intervertebral disk illness,enteritis,gall-stone,cholecystitis.Conclusion It may provide reference for health care for military cadres to study the common diseases and practise the difference way according to the trait.
