清热利湿法治疗病毒性心肌炎临床疗效观察

目的 观察清热利湿法治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法 将６０例病毒性心肌炎病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组 ３０例，按西医常规治疗；治疗组 ３０例，在对照组治疗基础上加服清热利湿中药汤剂，日 １剂，水煎服１０日为 １个疗程。结果 治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为 １００．００％和 ９０．００％，２组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗组疗效优于对照组；毒副反应比较治疗组低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论 病毒性心肌炎急性期病人应用清热利湿法治疗有较好疗效。

Clinical observation of Qingre Lishi decoction on viral myocarditis

Objective To observe the effect of Qingre Lishi decoction on viral myocarditis Methods 60 patients with viral myocarditis were randomly allocated to two groups. In control group ( n=30) Rou-tine medicine was carried on, and in treatment group combination of Qingre Lishi decoction and routine medi-cine was utilized, with a therapeutic course of ten days. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (100%) compared with those in control group (90%, P <0.05) . Conclusions Combination of Qingre Lishi decoction and routine medicine can produce a good effect on the treatment of viral myocarditis in acute stage.
