我院抗菌药物使用的调查分析

目的:调查我院抗菌药物使用的现况,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法:对2002年7月～2003年6月851份出院病历中抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:我院抗菌药物使用率为91.89%,其中单一用药占71.8%,二联用药占24.86%,三联用药占3.34%。在所使用的抗菌药物中用于治疗感染占72.76%,用于预防感染占27.24%。结论:进行细菌培养和药敏试验率低。为强化全院医务人员合理使用抗菌药意识,必须加强抗菌药物的合理使用与规范化管理。

Analysis of antibiotic usage in our hospital

Objective:To investigate the usage of antibiotics in our hospital for improving the management and proper clinical utilization.Methods:From July of 2002 to June of 2003,851 medical records were surveyed and analyzed.Results:The rate of antibiotics usage was 91.89%.The rate that patients used only one kind of antibiotics was 24.86%,and the rate that patients used three kinds of antibiotics was 3.34%.Conclusion:The antibiotics which already has been used,the rate of remedial use was 72.76%,and prophylactic use was 27.24%.The rate of bacteria cultivation and drug sensitive test was low,so we should strength the antibiotics proper usage and hormalize the antibiotics usage of management.
