| 摘 要： | 笔者分析医疗收费纠纷的因素：物价指数上涨；医疗体制改革；新诊疗项目的应用；人群综合素质提高：信息系统收费目录初始化不完善；护士操作信息系统及护理技术不规范；护理人员自律不严等。提出防范措施：充分发挥医院信息系统的管理效应，从费用发生点、医嘱录入关抓起。规范护理人员的操作。培养护理人员的良好职业道德，完善网络建设和管理。

| Abstract: | The author summarized the factors of disputes over medical expenditure,including rise of price index,reforms of medical system,application of new clinical service,growth of mass general quality,incomplete menu initialization in the information system for charging money,non-standardized nurse operating system and nursing techniques,less self-discipline of nurses.As a result,the author put forward preventive measures as follows:fully exerting the management effect of hospital information system;standardizing nurse's operation beginning with the spot where the expenditure emerges and the input of doctor's order,fostering nurses'good professional moral and consummating the construction of network and its management. |
