| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨表皮生长因子 (EGF)与萎缩性胃炎的关系。方法 :应用放射免疫法和免疫组化 En vinsion技术检测 2 0例萎缩性胃炎和 2 0例正常 SD大鼠血清 EGF及胃粘膜组织 EGFR水平。结果 :萎缩性胃炎大鼠血清EGF水平为 (0 .14 9± 0 .0 2 )μg/ L ,EGFR表达的阳性率为 80 % ,较正常大鼠组 (0 .0 4 3± 0 .0 0 3)μg/ L和 0 % ]明显增高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :实验性萎缩性胃炎大鼠体内有高水平 EGF/ EGFR表达。EGF/ EGFR可能参与了萎缩性胃炎的发生、转化过程。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the epidermal growth factor(EGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) expression in atrophic gastritis in rats to explore the relationship between EGF and chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG). METHODS: The serum EGF and gastric mucosal, EGFR level were measured in 20 rats with CAG and 20 normal controls. RESULTS: The average EGF level (0.149+/-0.020) microg/L and 80% positive rate of EGFR expression observed in CAG group were significantly higher than those in control group(0.043+/-0.003) microg/L and 0%,P<0.01]. CONCLUSION: The study demonstrates an association of high levels of EGF and positive EGFR expression in CAG rats. Further studies are necessary to clarify whether EGF/EGFR play a significant role in the pathogenesis of CAG. |
