平阳霉素注射治疗口腔颌面部脉管瘤临床评价

目的:评价平阳霉素、地塞米松、利多卡因联合注射,治疗口腔颌面部各种脉管瘤的疗效。方法:将8.0mg平阳霉素、5.0mL2%利多卡因、5.0mg地塞米松制成6.0mL的混合药液,根据瘤体大小每次注射0.5～6.0mL,7～14d注射1次,一般注射2～5次。结果:56例患者(64个瘤体)治疗完成后经6～24个月随访,治愈和基本治愈率达87.5%,好转率10.7%,有效率为98.2%。结论:平阳霉素、地塞米松、利多卡因联合注射治疗口腔颌面部脉管瘤,疗效高、疗程短、不良反应发生率低,是一种简便、经济、安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Pinyangmycin Injection on Treatment of Oral and Maxillofacial Vascular Tumor

Objective: To evaluate the effect of Pinyangmycin,dexamethsonum and lidocain injected homochronouly on treatment of vascular tumor in oral and maxillofacial regions.Methods: 8 mg Pinyangmycin was dissolved in 5 mL 2% lidocaine and mixed with 5 mg dexamerhasonum.Mixed solution was injected into the vascular tumor of 56 cases with amount of 0.5～6 mL each time.If the tumor didn't subside after first injection,another injection would be repeated after 7～14 days,and this process might be repeated 2～5 times.Results: 56 patients were followed up for 6～24 months.49 of 56 cases(87.5%) were cured or nearly cured,and 6 cases(10.7%) improved.The total efficiency was 98.2%.Conclusions: This method is a safe,simple,cheap and effective therapy to vascular tumor in oral and maxillofacial regions,which is worthy for wider application.
