急性完全性脑卒中超早期康复对运动及认知功能的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨超早期康复治疗对急性完全性脑卒中患者运动功能、日常生活能力及认知功能的影响。方法:60例首次发病的急性完全性脑卒中患者,随机分为康复组和对照组。康复组在给予常规药物治疗的同时给予超早期综合的康复治疗,对照组仅给予常规药物治疗。分别于治疗前及治疗后10天,采用简式FuglMeyer评估(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)及认知功能成套测定(LOTCA)分别评定患者的运动功能、日常生活活动能力(ADL)及认知功能。结果:治疗后两组的FMA、ADL及LOTCA评分与治疗前相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗后康复组各指标的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超早期康复治疗能明显改善急性完全性脑卒中患者的肢体运动功能、日常生活能力及认知功能。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of hyper-early rehabilitation on the motor function,daily activities and congnitive function in the patients with acute complete stroke.Methods:60 acute complete stroke patients were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and control group.The rehabilition group was treated with general rehabilitation and routine medications,the control group was treated only with routine medications.The BI,FMA,and LOTCA score were adopted to assess the activities of daily living(ADL),motor and cognitive function in all the patients before and after treatment.Results:The scores on FMA,ADL and LOTA all had significant difference in the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),the scores in rehabilitation group were signfiantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyper-early general rehabilitation therapy can improve the motor function,activeties of daily living and congnitive function evidutly in the acute stroke patients.
