| 摘 要： | 目的观察老年性痴呆(AD)的临床特点。方法分析68例很可能AD患者的临床表现及相关资料。结果发现AD多为隐袭起病,最常见早发症状为记忆力减退。结论对记忆力减退人群进行神经精神量表筛查,有助于AD的早期诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the clinical characteristics of Alzheimer's disease(AD). Methods To analyze the clinical findings and correlated materials of 68 probable AD patients. Results Impairment of memory is typically the first sign of AD .Conclusion It is useful for the early diagnosis of the disease to observe the patients with impairment of memory and screen the patients with MMSE. |
