糖尿病小梁切除超声乳化人工晶状体植入术

目的：探讨糖尿病患者青光眼白内障手术时机与三联术式的选择，方法：在降糖药物突击治疗及降眼压药物应用的同时，选用白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术施行手术28例，结果：28例术后眼压均控制在20．25mmHg以下（1mmHg=0.133kPa)，视力不同程度恢复，≥0．5者占67．8％，≤0．4者占32．2％，术中术后无严重不可逆并发症。结论：对糖尿病合并青光眼白内障患者，尤其是药物控制眼压不理想者，为挽救视功能，选择白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术，具有损伤小，安全系数大的优点，是此类病人较理想的手术方法。，

Clinical analysis of phacoemulsification and PC-IOL implantation combined with trabeculectomy in diabetics with cataract and glaucoma

Objective To discuss the effect and operative opportunity of phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in diabetic patients with cataract and glaucoma.Methods With medicine controlled serum sugar and intraocular pressure,28 diabetic patients were received phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy.Results 28 patients' intraocular pressure were controlled under 20.55 mmHg after operation,vision of 67.8% patients were above 0.5,and the other 32.2% under 0.4.No serious complications occurred during and after the operation.Conclusion In order to recover vision of diabetic patients with glaucoma and cataract,especially those without well controlled intraocular pressure by medicine,we use the method of phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy,which have advantages of less damge and more safety.It would be a ideally operation method for those patients.
