| 摘 要： | 目的TS/N猫的毛色基因观察报告。方法通过30年来对十余代华药虎皮猫TS/N封闭选育的观察,总结了种群毛色基因的情况。结果华药虎皮猫TS/N封闭群毛色基因型为:"AA,BB,CC,DD,HH,LL,oo,RR,ss,tbtb,ww"。结论华药虎皮猫TS/N封闭群的11个毛色基因位点(A,B,C,D,H,L,O,R,S,T,W)均纯合。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo summarize the coat gene of the tiger skin Cats bred by North China Pharmaceutical Corporation(NCPC). MethodsAccording to observe the coat of Tiger Skin Cats TS/N blocked colony bred by NCPC over 30 years (over 10 generation),to prove the coat Gene. ResultsThe coat color genotype of The Tiger Skin Cats TS/N Bred by NCPC is "aa,BB,CC,DD,,HH,LL,oo,RR ,ss,tb tb,ww" 。ConclusionThe 11 coat Gene locus of Tiger Skin Cats TS/N blocked colony bred by NCPC (These locus are A,B,C,D,H,L,O,R,S,T,W)are homogenous. |
