阴道镜检查850例宫颈癌诊断分析

目的　探讨阴道镜在宫颈疾病尤其是早期宫颈癌诊断中的临床价值。方法　将 85 0例宫颈疾病患者均行阴道镜检查、宫颈细胞学检查并在镜下多点活检 ,观察结果并进行比较。结果　阴道镜检查对宫颈癌及CIN的诊断符合率为93.33% ,阴道镜诊断结果与组织学诊断结果的符合率为 98.70 % ,P >0 .0 5。阴道镜诊断假阳性率为 0 .35 % ;宫颈细胞学诊断假阳性率为 0 .2 4 % ,P >0 .0 5。阴道镜诊断假阴性率为 2 .5 6 % ,宫颈细胞学诊断假阴性率为 17.0 9% ,P <0 .0 5。结论　阴道镜检查是提高早期宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤样病变诊断水平的重要手段之一

Analysis of colposcopy for diagnosing 850 cases of cervical cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of colposcopy in the diagnosis of the female cervical diseases, especially for the cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN).Methods All 850 patients were inspected with cervico-cytology, multi-point live-inspections were done around the places where there was the most severe lesion found with colposcopy. Colposcopic diagnosis was compared with cytology diagnosis and histology diagnosis.Results The coincidence rate of the results of the colposcope diagnosis with histology diagnosis on cervical disease was 98.70%(P> 0.05). The false positive rate of colposcopy and cervico-cytology was 0.35% and 0.24% respectively (P> 0.05). The false negative rate of colposcopy and cervico-cytology was 2.56% and 17.09% respectively (P< 0.05).Conclusion Colposcopy is one of the important means to improve the diagnosis level of cervical cancer and CIN.
