手针与电针对于缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的治疗效果

目的 比较手针与电针对于缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的治疗效果。方法 选取本院针灸科收治的200例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为手针组与电针组,各100例; 在药物治疗的基础上手针组患者给予手针治疗,电针组患者给予电针治疗; 比较手针组与电针组在治疗中各项观察指标的变化,评估其疗效和安全性。结果 治疗结束后手针组与电针组NIHSS评分均下降,Fugl-Meyer运动评分均升高,Barthel指数均升高,但电针组更加显著(P<0.05); 电针组疗效优于手针组(P<0.05),均未发生不良事件。结论 手针和电针对于缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者均具有一定康复效应,但电针疗效更加显著。

The comparison of the therapeutic effects between hand-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture on hemiplegia patients with ischemic stroke

ObjectiveTo compare the therapeutic effects between hand-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture on patients with hemiplegia due to ischemic stroke.Methods 200 hemiplegia patients with ischemic stroke admitted to acupuncture and moxibustion department of our hospital were selected as the research object,who were divided into hand-acupuncture group(n=100)and electro-acupuncture group(n=100)according to the treatment methods.The patients of hand-acupuncture group were given hand-acupuncture treatment,the patients of electro-acupuncture group were given electro-acupuncture treatment on the basis of drug treatment.The NIHSS score,the Fugl-Meyer score,the Barthel index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.In addition,the effect and safety were evaluated.Results After treatment NIHSS scores of both groups decreased,Fugl-Meyer motor scores increased,Barthel index increased,but the electro-acupuncture group was more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of hand-acupuncture group was better than that of the electro-acupuncture group(P<0.05).Both groups were successfully treated without any adverse events.Conclusion Both hand-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture had certain rehabilitation effects on hemiplegia patients with ischemic stroke,which could improve neurological deficits and limb motor function and daily living ability.However,the therapeutic effect of electro-acupuncture was more significant than that of hand-acupuncture.
