| 摘 要： | 葡萄酒色斑(Port-wine Stain,PWS)是最常见的血管畸形,在新生儿中的发病率约为0.3%～0.5%,目前首选的治疗方法为脉冲染料激光。本文对目前正在试验阶段的新的治疗方法进行介绍,包括光动力疗法、血管生成抑制剂、特定位点激光治疗及低压疗法等。

| Abstract: | Port-wine stain is the most common vascular malformation and the incidence is about 0.3% to 0.5% in the infants. So far the international gold standard for PWS treatment is pulsed dye laser. In this paper, several ongoing trials on treating vascular malformation were introduced, including photodynamic therapy, angiogenesis inhibitors, site -specific pharmaco-laser therapy and hypobaric pressure therapy. |
