| 摘 要： | 目的 评价艾迪注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法 4 7例恶性胸腔积液患者分为观察组和对照组 ,观察组为艾迪注射液联合顺铂治疗 ,对照组单用顺铂。结果 治疗后 4周观察组总有效率(CR+PR)为 83.3% ,对照组总有效率 (CR+PR)为 6 5 .2 % ,两组比较具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。观察组生存质量 HPS评分提高率 (4 5 .8% )较对照组 (39.1% )明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 艾迪注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效优于单药顺铂的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluated the efficacy of Aidi injection and Cisplatin for malignant pleural effusions.Methods 47 patients were divided into the experimental group and control group.The experimental group Aidi injection were combined together to be administered.Results The response rate of the experimental group was 83.3%,the control group was 65.2%.The better quality of life appeared in the experimental group.Conclusion Postoperative Aidi injection and Cisplatin for malignant pleural effusions is beneficial therapeusis that helps to improve surival rates and qulity of life. |
