| 摘 要： | 目的 观察倍他乐克治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效。方法 66例慢性心衰患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用倍他乐克治疗 ,6个月后 ,观察治疗前后临床症状、心率、血压、心功能分级 ,评判疗效。结果 治疗组在减慢心率、改善心功能方面均优于对照组 ,总有效率分别为 91 .2 %和 71 .8% ,两组比较差异显著P <0 .0 1。结论 倍他乐克治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭安全有效

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of betaloc in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 66 patients were divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were treated with common therapy combining with betaloc for six months. Before and after treatment, clinical symptoms,heart rate, blood pressure, NYHA class were observed and evaluated. Results Comparing treatment group with control group, the effect in decreasing heart rate and improving NYHA was better. The effective rate was 91.2% and 71.8% respectively. The effective rate showed apparent difference between two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Betaloc is effective and safe in CHF patients. |
