体育教师工作倦怠量表的编制及信效度检验

摘    要:目的:编制适合我国体育教师的工作倦怠评价量表,并对其进行信度和效度检验,为体育教师心理健康监测和学校体育人力资源管理提供测评工具。方法:采用自编的体育教师工作倦怠量表,对396名体育教师进行调查,以自评抑郁量表为工具进行效标,检验各项信效度指标。结果:探索性因子及验证性因子分析交叉验证了体育教师工作倦怠的三因素结构,情绪衰竭、人格解体、低成就感可以累计解释总体方差的56.74%;验证性因素显示,拟合度指数χ~2/df=2.39,RMSEA=0.06,SRMR=0.04,GFI=0.93,CFI=0.92,NNFI=0.95,TLI=0.92,PNFI=0.90。分量表与总量表的相关系数显著,在0.542~0.741之间(P0.001),分量表间的相关系数在0.325~0.442之间(P0.01),均低于与总分之间的相关,说明结构效度较高;总量表3个分量表的Cronbachα值在0.882~0.907之间(P0.001),分半信度在0.784~0.847间(P0.001),重测信度在0.789~0.814间(P0.001),表明信度较高。结论:体育教师工作倦怠量表的信度效度指标较好,可以作为我国体育教师工作倦怠的测评工具。

Scale of Job Burnout for Physical Education Teachers and Its Validity and Reliability
Abstract:Objective:To design the Scale of Job Burnout for Physical Education Teachers of and test its validity and reliability ,in order to provide instrument for mental health monitoring and the human resource management in school .Methods:A total of 396 physical education teachers were tested by using the Scale of Job Burnout for Physical Education Teachers and the Self -Rating Depression Scale .Results:Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis in‐dicated that the scale was composed of emotional exhaustion ,depersonalization and personal accomplishment ,which could explain 56 7.4% of total variances .The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fit indexes wereχ2/df=2 3.9 ,RMSEA=0 0.6 ,SRMR=0 0.4 ,GFI=0 9.3 ,CFI=0 9.2 ,NNFI=0 9.5 ,TLI=0 9.2 ,PNFI=0 9.0 .The correlated co‐efficients between total scale and the subscales were 0 5.42~0 7.41(P<0 0.01) .The correlated coefficients between three subscales were 0 3.25~0 4.42(P<0 0.1) ,which was lower than the former ,which showed high construct validi‐ty of the scale .Cronbach's alpha coefficient of total and subscales were between 0 8.82~0 9.07(P<0 0.01) ,Spearman-Brown split coefficient were between 0 7.84~0 8.47(P<0 0.01) ,the retest reliability were between 0 7.89~0 8.14 (P<0 0.01) ,which revealed that the scale had high reliability .Conclusion:The scale has high reliability and validity , and it will be the effective test instrument to evaluate the job burnout for physical education teachers in china .
