青少年心理韧性与父母教养方式的关系

目的:了解青少年心理韧性的特点,探讨青少年的心理韧性分别与父母教养方式的关系。方法:使用父母教养方式问卷(EMBU)、青少年心理韧性量表对400名中学生进行团体施测。结果:1差异检验表明:心理韧性总分在年级(t=3.804,P0.01)、独生子女(t=2.023,P0.05)方面存在显著差异;2相关分析表明:心理韧性总分和父、母亲情感温暖、理解教养方式均有显著正相关(r=0.356~0.408,P0.01),和父、母亲拒绝否认,惩罚严厉的教养方式均有显著负相关(r=-0.223~-0.273,P0.01);3回归分析表明,父母亲教养方式中的情感温暖、理解因子对韧性均有正向预测作用,父亲的拒绝否认和母亲的惩罚严厉对韧性有负向预测作用。结论:父、母的教养方式可以影响青少年的心理韧性,情感温暖、理解的教养方式有利于培养青少年的心理韧性。

The Relationships among Resilience and Parenting style in Adolescents

Objective :To understand the characteristics of adolescents'resilience ,and explore the relationship be‐tween teenagers'resilience and parenting style .Methods :Investigating 400 middle school students by using the scale of EMBU and students'resilience scale .Results :① The score of resilience had significantly differences in their grades (t = 3 .804 ,P < 0 .01)and the numbers of children in their families(t = 2 .023 ,P < 0 .05) .② Bivariate correlation analy‐sis suggested that the score of resilience had significantly positive correlations with one dimension of parenting style (r = 0 .356 ~ 0 .408 ,P < 0 .01) ,but significantly negative correlations with two dimensions of parenting style (r =‐0 .223 ~ ‐0 .273 ,P < 0 .01) .③ Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that warm ,understanding parenting style could significantly predict the resilience .Conclusion :Parenting style can influence adolescents'resilience ;Warm ,un‐derstanding parenting style are more helpful to train adolescents'resilience .
