摘    要:目的:探讨中学生心理韧性、负性生活事件感受和心理健康的关系,探究其内部作用机制,为中学心理健康教育工作提供理论参考。方法:采用青少年心理韧性量表、青少年生活事件量表和中学生心理健康量表对1962名初中生进行测量。结果:1中介效应检验得到回归方程"Y=0.656M-0.125X"(t=-7.494,P0.001),负性生活事件感受在心理韧性与心理健康症状的关系中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为55%;2心理健康量表的强迫因子、学习压力感因子以及情绪波动性因子得分分别为(2.100±0.648)、(2.089±0.854)和(1.980±0.727),处于"轻度"症状;3生活事件量表的学习压力因子均分、人际压力因子均分分别为(1.713±1.070)和(1.612±1.041),接近于"轻度"感受;4心理韧性量表的各因子均分均在3分以上,处于中等以上水平。结论:1中学生的心理韧性可以直接影响心理健康,也可以通过影响中学生对负性生活事件的感受,来间接影响心理健康,心理韧性越强的中学生,负性生活事件对其造成的消极影响就越小,心理就越健康;2中学生的心理健康在强迫性观念与行为、学习压力感及情绪波动性方面存在轻度症状;3中学生的消极感受主要来自于学习和人际方面的负性事件;4中学生的心理韧性在目标专注和积极认知方面还需进一步加强。

The Mediating Effect of Middle School Students'Negative Life Events Feeling between the Relationship of Psychological Resilience and Mental Health
Abstract:Objective :To study the relationship among psychological resilience ,negative life events feeling and men‐tal health in the middle school students ,and explore its internal mechanism ,thus to provide theoretical reference for middle school mental health education work .Methods :1962 junior middle school students were measured by Resili‐ence Scale for Chinese Adolescents ,Adolescent Self - Rating Life Events Checklist and Middle School Students'Men‐tal Health Scale .Results :① We got the regression equation "Y = 0 .656M - 0 .125X"(t = ‐7 .494 ,P < 0 .001)by interme‐diary effect test .Negative life events feeling played a partial intermediary role in the relationship of psychological re ‐silience and mental health ,and the proportion of the intermediary effect in total effect was 55% ;② According to the result of MSSM HS ,the factor scores of "compulsion ,learning stress and emotional volatility " were respectively (2 .100 ± 0 .648 ,2 .089 ± 0 .854 and 1 .980 ± 0 .727) ,in "mild" symptom ;③ According to the result of ASLEC ,the aver‐age scores of learning stress factor and interpersonal stress factor were respectively (1 .713 ± 1 .070 and 1 .612 ± 1 .041) ,those were both close to "mild" negative feeling ;④ According to the result of RSCA ,the each factor score was above 3 ,which was in above medium level .Conclusion :① Middle school students'psychological resilience can af‐fect mental health directly ,and can also indirectly affect it by influencing the feeling about negative life events .The stronger the student's psychological resilience ,the lesser his/her negative life events feeling is ,and so his/her mental is healthier .② The mental health of middle school students shows mild symptoms in compulsion ,learning stress and emotional volatility .③ Middle school students'negative feeling is mainly caused by the negative events about learning and interpersonal relationship .④ Middle school students'psychological resilience still need to be further strengthened in the target concentration and positive cognizing .
