综合干预对慢性精神分裂症患者的作用

目的:探讨包括技能训练在内的综合干预对社区精神分裂症病人的作用。方法:将200名精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组患者实施综合式干预,经过12个月的观察,每3个月用自制一般情况调查表、服药依从性调查表、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、社会功能筛选评定量表(SDSS)对两组进行比较。结果:干预9个月后两组间服药依从性有显著差异(t=2.406,3.157;P0.05);第9个月时PANSS量表中的阳性、精神病理量表间有显著差异(t=-2.467,-2.020;P0.05),至第12个月时阳性、阴性、精神病理及总评差异显著(t=-3.028,-2.394,-2.301,-2.631;P均0.05);干预组复发明显少于对照组(χ~2=4.711,P0.05);第12个月时社会功能(SDSS)干预组明显优于对照组(t=-2.215,P0.05)。结论:包括技能训练在内的综合干预的康复形式,有利于促进精神分裂症患者病情稳定,社会功能恢复。

Comprehensive Intervention Effects on Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

Objective:To investigate the role of integrated interventions including skills training ,including the com‐munity of patients with schizophrenia .Methods:200 patients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned to the inter‐vention group and the control group ,the intervention group were implemented a comprehensive formula to inter‐vene ,observed after 12 months;every three months the two groups were compared with a homemade general ques‐tionnaire ,medication compliance questionnaire ,positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS ) ,social function screening assessment scale(SDSS) .Results:Intervention medication compliance between the two groups were signifi‐cantly different nine months later(t=2 4.06 ,3 1.57 ,P<0 0.5);There were significant differences in positive and psy‐chopathology of the PANSS between the two groups in the first nine months(t=‐2 .467 ,‐2 .020 ,P< 0 .05) ,to 12 months ,there were also significant differences in positive ,negative and psychopathology of the PANSS(t=‐3 0.28 ,‐2 3.94 ,‐2 3.01 ,‐2 6.31 ;P< 0 .05);the intervention group was significantly less than the recurrence in the control group(χ2 =4 7.11 ,P<0 0.5);to 12 months ,social function(SDSS)in the intervention group were better than that in the control group(t=2 2.15 ,P<0 0.5) .Conclusion:Rehabilitation in the form of conclusions ,including a comprehen‐sive skills training interventions ,can promote stable disease and social functional recovery in patients with schizo‐phrenia .
