护理人员职业倦怠特点及其与主观幸福感的关系

摘    要:目的:了解护理人员职业倦怠和主观幸福感的状况并探究其间的关系。方法:采用Maslach工作倦怠量表(MBI—HSS)、主观幸福感测定量表(Subjective Well—Being,SWB)对烟台、威海某3所医院260名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果:护理人员职业倦怠的总分及各个维度与主观幸福感的积极情绪、生活满意度呈显著负相关(r=-0.492,-0.385;P0.01),与消极情绪呈显著正相关(r=0.573,P0.01)。回归分析发现,职业倦怠各维度对主观幸福感有预测作用(P0.01)。结论:护理人员职业倦怠现象处于中度倦怠水平,主观幸福感水平较高;学历、职称、护龄、月收入等因素对职业倦怠、主观幸福感有不同程度的影响;职业倦怠各维度对主观幸福感有预测作用。

Characteristics of Job Burnout among Nurses and Its Relations with Subjective Well -being
Abstract:Objective:To study situations of job burnout ,subjective well-being and their relationships among nur-ses .Methods :To make a research about 260 nurses of three hospitals who were from three hospitals in Yantai city and Weihai city by adopting the Maslach Burnout Inventory and Subjective Well -being Scale .Results:There was a significantly negative correlation between job burnout ,life satisfaction and positive emotions of subjective well -be-ing(r=-0 4.92 ,-0 3.85 ,P<0 0.1) .A significantly positive correlation existed between each dimension of job burnout and negative emotions(r=0 5.73 ,P<0 0.1) .Conclusion:The phenomenon of occupation burnout of nursing staff is in the moderate burnout level and levels of subjective well -being are higher .Education background ,job title ,duration of nursing ,monthly income and so on differently influences occupation burnout and subjective well -being .Dimen-sions of occupation burnout have functions of predicting subjective well -being .
