艺术类职校生社会适应能力与人格特征的关系

目的:探讨艺术类职校生社会适应的基本状况及其与人格三维度的关系。方法:采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)和社会适应能力诊断量表对283名艺术类职校生进行调查,数据结果应用t检验,Pearson相关分析,多元逐步回归分析等进行统计学处理。结果:1职校生的社会适应能力在量表上得分集中在一二等级;2精神质、神经质维度与社会适应能力呈显著负相关(r=-2.69,-0.404;P0.01);3精神质和神经质对社会适应能力具有负向预测作用(β=-0.404,P0.05;β=-0.208,P0.01),共可以解释社会适应能力19.3%的变异。其中,精神质对社会适应能力具有最重要的预测作用。结论:艺术类职校生社会适应能力较差,与其人格特征相互印证,不同人格类型艺术类职校生社会适应能力差异显著。

The Relationship between Social Adjustment of Art Vocational School and Personality

Objective:To examine the relationship of art vocational school students’ social adjustment and personal‐ity .Methods:The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire short-form Chinese version of Scale (EPQ -RSC)and the di‐agnosis of social adjustment scale were used for investigation .Results:① Art vocational school students’ social ad‐justment scores were not high .②There were significant negative correlations between psychoticism ,neuroticism and social adjustment(r=‐2 6.9 ,‐0 4.04 ;P<0 0.1) .③ Psychoticism and nervousness had negative predict effects to social adaptability(β=‐0 4.04 ,P<0 0.5;β=‐0 2.08 ,P<0 0.1) and explained the variation of 19 3.% .Conclusion:There are significant correlations between personality and social adjustment ;Art vocational school students with different per‐sonality type have significant differences in social adjustment .
