沈阳市精神科护士睡眠质量状况调查

目的:研究沈阳市精神卫生专科医院护士睡眠质量的状况,分析影响其睡眠质量的因素,提出相应对策,从而提高护士的睡眠质量,促进身心健康。方法:采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及自编的一般情况调查表,以沈阳市3所精神卫生专科医院255名在职护士为研究对象,进行问卷调查,资料收集,并进行统计分析。结果:PSQI总分7分者,共88人(34.51%),PSQI平均得分(7.85±3.613),与常模比较差异显著(t=6.96,P0.01);不同岗位精神科护士白天功能障碍项目分组间差异有统计学意义(F=2.514,P0.05);PSQI总分及入睡时间,睡眠时间,应用催眠药物项目分组间差异显著(F=3.132,3.945,5.422,3.893;P0.01),有统计学意义。不同年龄精神科护士睡眠障碍项目分及PSQI总分组间差异有统计学意义(F=2.489,2.942;P0.05);入睡时间,应用催眠药物项目分组间差异显著(F=2.962,3.067;P0.01),有统计学意义;45岁及以上护士组入睡时间、睡眠障碍、应用催眠药物项目分及PSQI总分明显高于其他组。结论:精神科护士睡眠质量差,应采取有效措施进行干预。

Sleep Quality in Psychiatric Nurses in Shenyang

Objective :To study the sleep quality of three psychiatric hospitals'nurses in Shenyang and analyze the factors which affect the sleep quality ,and propose appropriate measures to improre the sleep quality of nurses ,which can promote physical and mental health .Methods :The study adopted the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality index Scale(PSQI) and self - made general quedtionnaire to 255 nurses in three psychiatric hospitals of Shenyang as the research object , using cluster sampling method to collect and analyze the data by statistics .Results :There were 88 people who got more 7 points in the PSQI total scores and the average points was (7 .86 ± 3 .613) .The scores of shift nurses on day‐time dysfunction ,PSQI ,falling asleep time ,sleep time ,the using of sleep medicine were more than the day shift nur‐ses in psychiatry department ,the difference was statistically significant (F = 2 .514 ,3 .945 ,5 .422 ,3 .893 ,3 .132 ;P <0 .05) .The scores of the older nurses on sleep disorder ,PSQI ,falling asleep time ,the using of sleep medicine were more than the young nurses ,the difference was statistically significant (F = 2 .489 ,2 .942 ,2 .962 ,3 .067 ;P < 0 .05) . Conclusion :The overall sleep quality of clinical nurses is poor .Effective measures should be taken to intervene in or‐der to raise the level of their physical and mental health .
