血浆雌二醇,孕酮与外周血白细胞雌激素受体的相关性研究

摘    要:报告3例血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)抑制剂治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)时出现急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的原因分析。2例患者因使用大剂量利尿剂或因频繁腹泻,造成血容量不足或伴低钠血症,1例患者存在中度二尖瓣狭窄,均潜在着肾脏灌注不足,由血管紧张素Ⅱ介导的体循环和肾小球出球动脉收缩对维持肾脏灌注压和肾小球滤过极为重要.CHF如伴低血压、双肾动脉狭窄、瓣膜狭窄或肥厚梗阻型心肌病、右心室受累为主、低钠血症或严重肾功能不全等因素时,使用ACE抑制剂有可能使肾小球灌流减少,肾小球滤过率下降,导致ARF.

Abstract:To study the change of estrogen receptor (ER) content in human peripheral bloodwhite cells (PBWC) during different phases of menstrual cycle and the correlativity between concentrationsof serum estradiol (E,), progesterone (P) and ER content in PBWC. Methods: ER content in PBWC wasmeasured by radioligand binding assay in 18 fertile women with normal menstrual cycle. The analysis ofcorrelativity was carried out between concentrations of serum E,,P and ER content in PBWC during follic-ular, periovulation and mid-luteal phases. ResuIts:The change of ER content in PBWC in normal menstru-al cycle paralleled to ER c0ntent in endometrium ahd serum E, concentration. The capacity of ER in PBWCwas up-regulated by serum E,, and the correlativity between the capacity of ER in PBWC and serum E,was significantly positive (r= 0. 789,P<0. 001 ). In contrast,the capacity of ER in PBWC was down-regu-lated by serum P in luteal phase, and serum P was negatively correlated with ER content in PBWC(r== 0. 347, P<0. 0l ). Conclusion:The change of the capacity of ER in PBWC can significantly indicate the change of ER content in endometrium. The method for measurement of ER content in PBWC has been identified t be better than that in traditional way.
